On 4 April 2018 Federigo Argentieri, member of the Advisory Board of the Hungarian Europe Society, director of the Guarini Institute for Public Affairs at the John Cabot University in Rome held a presentation entitled "Italian Elections, European Consequences".
The Hungarian Europe Society held an international conference supported by the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheit entitled "European Elections 2019 - Renewing the Political Agenda for a United Europe" on 12-13 April 2019 at the Ibis Styles Budapest Center (Rákóczi út 58, H-1074 Budapest).
Cas Mudde (University of Georgia's School of Public and International Affairs) made a presentation entitled "Populism in East and West" on 11 June 2018.
At the extraordinary assembly of the Hungarian Europe Society on 23 August 2023, Ildikó Mislai Birizdóné was elected as a member of the board. The financial report about the year 2020 was also approved.
