HES Posted Its Declaration to the Polish Head of State
On 8 October 2009, Jerzy Celichowski vice-chariman e-mailed HES declaration on the Lisbon Treaty to the President of the Republic Lech Kaczyñski in Polish, who signed the ratification documents two days later.
