In an open letter dated on 9 February 2021, Civilizáció Coalition requested Szabolcs Ágostházy, Minister of State for EU Development Projects at the Ministry for Innovation and Technology in Hungary, to provide a consultation opportunity for NGOs and professional communities regarding the access and use of EU funds. The letter states that access to information needed for social consultation is limited, that deadlines for making proposals are untenable, and that requests are not always addressed. 47 civil groups have joined the open letter on the first day, including the Hungarian Europe Society.
