Balázs Dénes, Executive Director of the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU) made a presentation on 21 November 2012 asking the following question: "There are many people who like it, more, who hate it, it is independent from the political parties, but not from politics, it is a noisy democrat even protecting the rights of its own enemies, if necessary. What is it?"
