István Hegedűs represented the Hungarian Europe Society at the LIBSEEN (Liberal South East European Network) Leaders Meeting and the conference "Liberalism - new qualitative factor for the European integration" of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Sofia between 17-19 September 2015.
