Between 30 March and 2 April 2011, the Association of Local Democracy Agencies (ALDA) of Subotica organised the final conference of Regional Partnerships for Intercultural Exchange program in Mostar entitled Participation and Intercultural Governance at Local Level in the Balkans: Challenges and European Perspectives. István Hegedűs and Beáta Huszka represented HES at the event participating in the panel discussion on the opportunities for the civil society and made presentations entitled The Hungarian EU Presidency and the Europeanisation of Domestic Politics, and The New Concept of the Danube Region Strategy.
